Time-limited, auditable share links for information_object records. Anonymous bearer-token access with HMAC-derived URL-safe tokens, optional max-access count, expiry caps, classified-record gating, and admin revocation. Integrates with ahgAuditTrailPlugin and ahgSecurityClearancePlugin.
